Shipping is charges at a flate rate of $6.99 per box and are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS. All of our kits are packaged carefully and sometimes damage may occur during shipping. If your KIT is damaged during shipping, please submit a replacement request, with a photo attached, within 2 days of receiving the box to kits@shelovesstem.com. Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Returns are at the discretion of SHELOVESSTEM, INC. To request a return, email kits@shelovesstem.com. If accepted, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was sent. SHELOVESSTEM, INC. is not responsible for lost items during transit. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items. Returns should not be mailed without prior approval.
