Returns are subject to the discretion of SHELOVESSTEM, INC. Returns requests should be emailed to kits@shelovesstem.com. SHELOVESSTEM, INC., has the right to refuse return requests. Should the request be granted, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the postage cost and shipping the product back to SHELOVESSTEM, INC., Returns should be received in the same condition they were sent out. SHELOVESSTEM, INC., is not responsible for any lost merchandise during transit. The customer will receive a refund within 5-7 business days of the returned merchandise being received. Returns should not be mailed to SHELOVESSTEM, INC., without prior acceptance of the return request.
