• These Terms govern your use of our website, STEM workshops, STEM kits, and any related services.

• By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Workshop Booking & Participation

•  Workshop bookings require a consultation, after which an invoice will be sent.

• Full payment is required before the scheduled workshop date.

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling.

• Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided during workshops.

3. STEM Kits & Product Purchases

• All STEM kits and products are for educational purposes only.

• All proceeds from purchases made through our shop directly support our programs and initiatives. Your purchase helps fund our efforts to promote education and empower communities.

• All sales made through our Website are final.

• Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. 

• Returns are at the discretion of SHELOVESSTEM, INC. To request a return, email kits@shelovesstem.com. If accepted, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was sent. SHELOVESSTEM, INC. is not responsible for lost items during transit. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items. Returns should not be mailed without prior approval.

• We are not liable for any misuse of STEM kits or unintended results from experiments.

4. Donations & Sponsorships

• Donations made to SHELOVESSTEM, Inc. are non-refundable.

• All contributions support our mission to provide STEM education and outreach to underserved communities.

• Sponsors and donors will be acknowledged according to the terms agreed upon at the time of donation.

• We reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to maximize impact.

5. Intellectual Property 

• All content on www.shelovesstem.com, including text, images, logos, and workshop materials, is the property of SHELOVESSTEM, Inc. and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

• Any STEM curriculum, guides, or workshop materials provided are for personal or educational use only and may not be resold or reproduced without written consent.

• SHELOVESSTEM is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in our workshops, use of STEM kits, or reliance on content from our website.

• Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external websites.

• We collect and store personal information only for order fulfillment, workshop bookings, and customer service.
